Previously, he was the chairman of Guinness Peat Group, Brierley Investments, and aided in many firms and institutions to grow via his funds.

The cops checked his baggage and laptops, which helped them confirm their doubts as they found a lot of child abuse content. The business tycoon got a restrictive bail but will have to hire the best lawyers to appear at Downing Center court on February 10, 2020.

Author Yvonne Not Surprised of Ron Brierley’s Arrest for Child Pornography

According to a book in 1990 titled Brierley, the Man Behind the Corporate Legend, Yvonne van Dongen, the writer wrote that Ron loved traveling to Asia, mostly Thailand, where he enjoyed his time with teenage prostitutes.

The book reveals that Brierley was not uncomfortable with his trips to Thailand and his encounter with teenage prostitutes. The author divulged that she was not at all shocked about his arrest.

Yvonne says she asked him about flagging that information from the book but, Ron had “no sense of shame”, she said.

I am not surprised given he had a predilection then for young girls in Asia.

Though Yvonne wrote all about Ron, even his misdemeanors, he never stopped her from publishing the content.
