The American Rapper Lil Pump confused everyone about his Harvard commencement speech but it was nothing more than a hoax!

Lil Pump’s Harvard Commencement Speech Hoax

The I Love It Rapper Lil Pump, who dropped out of school, had made everyone believe that he was a Harvard student before his eventual dropout. For the last two years, the rapper has make-believe as he went to Harvard.

All this rumor started in 2017 when Pump posted out a tweet.

I really did drop out of Harvard to save the rap game.

It, however, turns out that he didn’t! Though he was not originally a Harvard student, Lil kept on lying and incorporated a lot into his own rap songs.

Adding fuel to the rumors, Lil Pump even released his new album, Harverd Dropout. Given this all, a number of people seriously thought this was a reality.

Lil Pump, being a Harvard student, however, was nothing more than a promotional hoax. His record label pulled out the promotional stunt on Monday where they claimed Pump would deliver the 2019 commencement speech at the Harvard University.

Many believed the news and took the bait. However, as confirmed by the Harvard itself, Lil Pump is nowhere around the right place to deliver the commencement speech.

The Harvard rep stated that Lil Pump will not be speaking at the commencement at the University. They said,

They only thing we are aware of that he is doing a live interview with WHRB Harvard Radio this Thursday and is taking questions from audiences/listeners. That, though, is a Harvard Radio student event, not a Harvard University event.

The Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, will address the students during the 2019 Harvard Commencement Day. A year before, John Lewis delivered the speech. Prior to that, Steven Spielberg and Mark Zuckerberg have also had their chances.

All things apart, Best of Luck to Lil Pump for his new album!
