Born in 1974 in Rainsville, Alabama, Jeremy Pruitt celebrates his birthday on 28th in May. According to his wiki-bio, he is at the age of 43 and born in the family of Pruitt; his father is Dale Pruitt, longtime head coach in High Scholl at Pisgah and mother, Melissa Pruitt. He played for his father at Plainview and helped the team achieve a 48-8 record.

In 1993, Jeremy started his playing career with Middle Tennessee as a quarterback but switched to defensive back. After his gameplay in Tennessee, Jeremy Pruitt transferred and began serving as a member of the University of Alabama.

Pruitt began his coaching career in 1997 at Alabama as defensive backs In 1998 – 2000, he served as a defensive back under his father at Plainview High School. In between 1999, Pruitt coached as defensive backs at West Alabama. He started assistant coach at Fort Payne High School for 2001-2003.
