Sleeping naked also lower the chances of the risk of skin diseases, like athlete’s foot, which result from wet, restricted skin.

Regulates the cortisol.
Cortisol is a very bizarre chemical found in the human body, which does a lot of damage and causes affliction if it goes out of your hand. Sleeping bare body helps keep your body temperature at the optimal ranges which enable your body to create better cortisol.
If you sleep overheated, then the cortisol levels rise, even after you wake up and this can lead to cravings for unhealthy food, increased anxiety, weight gain, and depression.

According to The National Institute of Child Health and Development at Stanford University revealed that men who slept nude and bare-skinned had a 25% lower rate of damaged DNA in their sperm than men who slept with boxer shorts or pajamas.
The further studies and research claimed, “that men who increase the temperature of their testicles, either through the excess heat exposure at work or by wearing tight and compact undergarments and not letting the body breathe even during their nap time have inferior semen quality compared to men whose testicles are cooler.”
