Chad Kelly was born on 26th March 1994 to Charlene Cudzylo and Kevin Kelly. He spent his childhood in Western New York. His uncle’s name is Jim Kelly who is a professional football player. He used to learn football from his uncle.

Kelly was a constant steady performer in Punt, Pass, and Kick competitions as a youth. His family moved to Red Lion, Pennsylvania after his father was reallocated to a grocery store in the area, but mysterious disciplinary matters had him detached from the Red Lion High School Football team and so provoked Chad to come back to Western New York.
