Andy Cohen reveals the reason why Kim Zolciak wasn’t invited to Andy Cohen’s baby shower on January.

Why Andy Cohen didn’t invite Kim Zolciak to his baby shower?

Kim Zolciak Biermann appeared on Andy Cohen‘s talk show  Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, on Sunday February 15.

During the show, Kim bluntly brought up Andy’s baby shower on January at The Palms in Beverly Hills attended by almost every Housewives from each franchise ahead of the baby boy Benjamin, excluding Kim and handful of others.

After a brief talk with the guest Eva Marcille, Zolciak Biermann informed Cohen who was hosting the night’s show “I was talking about I wasn’t invited to your shower.”

Following the question the host cleared the fog off the then awkward moment admitting she wasn’t invited to his baby shower partly because of her recent back surgery and partly because of a surprise visitor brought by a housewife to the party.

Cohen went ahead to explain the reason:

“Here’s why you weren’t. But I will say that I texted you that day, what I would consider to be a very nice text,” before Kim responded.

“No, absolutely! I just had surgery the day before on my back, so I wouldn’t have been able to be there.”

Cohen continued:

“Here’s why you weren’t invited. It was all current Housewives were invited and it was thrown by the five current Housewives. NeNe [Leakes] brought Phaedra [Parks] as a surprise.”

Zolciak Biermann made a remark about  Parks, who starred on RHOA from Season 3 to Season 9.

“I was gonna say, that b— is old as f—, Old, like a couple years ago.”

“That was a surprise,” Cohen said.

“But then that day I was thinking, ‘Man, it would have been so great if Kim was there.’ And that’s why I texted you. I said, ‘I just want you to know that I’m thinking of you and I wish that you were here.’

The Bravo host also noted he wished other former Housewives Jill Zarin and Caroline Manzo could have attended the shower.

Andy Cohen’s Baby Shower

On 28 January Saturday, the Bravo host Andy Cohen organised extravagant housewives-studded baby shower at the Palm Beverly Hills welcoming his baby-to-be through surrogacy.

Shortly, after the extravagant celebration, the TV host announced the birth of his son through an Instagram post on Monday, February 4, 2019.

Additionally, Andy revealed his son Benjamin Allen Cohen was named after his grandfather Ben Allen.

A week later, Cohen  provided an early peek at the newborn through a series of Instagram posts. One of those pictures includes the father-son duo flying on a private plane.

Furthermore, the 50 year old host recently recalled his first meeting with his son felt almost “surreal” during an interview in which he admitted he never expected to be raising a baby without a partner.

However, it’s not as tough as it sounds as a swarm of women around him show baby Ben plenty of love and comfort him through the process of fatherhood.

The news of Andy becoming a dad via surrogacy was  announced in December 2018 through his show, Watch What Happens Live.
